1-1/4 cups Milk
2 Tbs. Oil
2 Eggs (beaten)
Directions: Pour contents of package in medium size bowl. Add milk, oil and eggs. Stir until well blended. Pour onto a lightly buttered hot griddle or a non-stick pan.
*For thinner pancakes add more milk.
Ingredients: Stone ground corn flour, wheat flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
