Ingredients Needed:
1 10 oz. can of Original Rotel
5-1/2 Cups of Water
Directions: Bring 5½ cups water to a boil in a 4 qt. pot. Add beans, seasonings, and Rotel. Return to a boil then reduce heat to medium to medium/low and continue cooking for 15 minutes.
Makes 6-8 servings
*For softer beans extend cooking time.
*For juicer beans add more water.
*For spicer beans use mexican or extra hot Rotel.
*For a bolder and flavorful taste add ham hock or bacon
