1-1/2 cups Water
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 Tbs. Butter
Directions: In a quart sauce pan bring water and salt to a boil. Add 1/2 cup grits and return to a boil for one minute stirring continuously. Turn off heat and cover for five minutes. Add butter and mix well, serve hot.
