Ingredients Needed:
1/2 lb. 90/10 ground hamburger meat
1-15 oz can of tomato sauce
1 Tbs olive oil
Pinch of salt (optional)
Grated parmesan (optional)
Pair well with a Dry Red Wine
Instructions:
Bring 4 quarts of water to boil in a medium size pot. Heat a medium skillet and add olive oil. In a medium size bowl, add hamburger and meatball seasoning. Shape into meatballs-yields approximately 12 meatballs. Place in skillet and brown meatballs rolling them to brown all sides. Once brown approximately 5 minutes, remove from skillet and add tomato sauce and red sauce seasoning pack, stir well. Add the meatballs back to the sauce and cover on medium heat. Add your pasta to the boiling water, add salt, if desired. Pasta should boil 12 minutes and then remove from heat and pour into colander and drain. Serve while hot.
