Ingredients Needed:
1/2 lb peeled and deveined medium shrimp
1 Tbs butter
2 Tbs olive oil
1 1/2 cups of chicken broth
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Pinch of salt (optional)
Chopped green onion (optional)
Pairs well with a Dry Red Wine
Instructions: Heat a medium skillet and add olive oil. Rinse shrimp and pat dry with a paper towel. Coat shrimp with flavor pack. Immediately add shrimp to hot skillet and brown until pink, about 10 minutes, stirring often. In a small sauce pan, add chicken broth and grits and salt (if desired). Mix with whisk and turn heat to medium-high, stirring constantly for approximately 5-7 minutes or until it thickens. Remove from heat and add cheese. Stir until melted. Place grits on plate and top with shrimp.
