Ingredients Needed:
2 cups cold water
2 cups Milk
Directions: Add soup mix to 2 cups cold water and 2 cups milk. Mix with a wire whisk and heat to a simmer for 3-5 minutes, and then bring to a boil while stirring for 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand for 3 minutes.
