Welcome to South Texas Milling, your source for quality stone ground corn milled products.  We are a small fourth generation family farm located in Inez, Texas.  Our stone milling business was established to turn the corn that we grow into farm fresh products for your family.

We offer a wide variety of products to include cornbread mixes, fish fry, hushpuppy mixes, polenta, grits, pancake mix and old fashion popcorn. Besides our corn milled products, we also have chili mixes, beans, dips, soups, and gourmet items.  When you place an order with us, your products will usually ship that afternoon or the next business day. We also will drop ship any of our products anywhere you need them to go. Our family takes pride not only in our products but our customer service as well.
