Ingredients Needed To prepare 2 lbs of Chili:
4 level tablespoons of Chow-Time Chili Seasoning
14 oz. can diced tomatoes
14 oz. can water (use empty tomato can)
2 lbs. ground beef
Directions: Brown 2 lbs. ground meat over medium heat. Drain excess fat and add diced tomatoes, water and Chow-Time Chili Seasoning. Simmer on low heat for one hour until desired consistency.
Options: Use Turkey or Venison in place of Beef.
