Ingredients Needed To Prepare 1 lb of Beans:
4 level tablespoons Chow-Time Bean Seasoning
10 oz. can Original Rotel
10 cups water
1 lb. dried beans
Directions: Add four level tablespoons of bean seasoning, 1 lb. dried beans of your choice, ten cups of water, and Rotel (or salsa of your choice). Bring to boil and then reduce heat to medium and cook for 1 hour. Add more water if needed. Beans will be soft when ready.
Options: For spicier beans, use Mexican or Extra Hot Rotel. For a bolder, flavorful taste, add ham or bacon.
