Ingredients: Stone Ground Whole Grain Yellow Corn. No additives or preservatives.
Southern Cornbread Recipe:
1 1/2 cup Lamb's Stone Ground Yellow Cornmeal
1/2 cup wheat flour or corn flour
2 tsp sugar
4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup whole milk
1/4 cup oil
2 farm fresh eggs
Preheat oven to 400 degrees and place 9" cast iron skillet in oven. Mix all ingredients in medium size bowl. Pour mixture into greased preheated skillet or 9x9 baking pan. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
Makes 6-8 servings.
Tips: For sweeter cornbread use 1/2 cup sugar.
